Affiliate Program Terms of Service (ToS)

By participating in the Kits AI Affiliate Program (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to maintain a fair, transparent, and abuse-free affiliate ecosystem for all participants.

1. Program Integrity & Eligibility

The Kits AI Affiliate Program is intended for users who participate in good faith to promote our platform through ethical and compliant marketing practices. We reserve the right to evaluate and remove any affiliate whose activity violates the letter or spirit of the program, regardless of when the activity occurred.

Program Integrity Notice

Kits AI reserves the right to review and take action on affiliate activity conducted prior to the publication of these terms, particularly in cases involving fraud, abuse, or behavior inconsistent with the intended use of the Program. Participation in the Program has always required good-faith conduct, and enforcement may apply to past and present activities.

2. Prohibited Activities

As an affiliate, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Multiple Account Creation: Creating multiple affiliate or user accounts to self-generate commissions.
• Self-Referral: Using your own affiliate link to make purchases or sign up for services.
• False or Misleading Information: Submitting inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading data during registration or referrals.
• Automated Traffic: Using bots, scripts, or other non-human methods to simulate clicks, signups, or referrals.
• Referral Manipulation: Encouraging fake accounts, unauthorized use of payment methods, or other tactics to fraudulently trigger commission payments.
• Brand Keyword Bidding: Running ads that target Kits AI brand terms or close variations (e.g., “Kits AI,” “KitsAI,” “kits.ai,” etc.) on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, or social media. This includes paid search ads, display ads, and sponsored placements.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program.

3. Monitoring and Verification

To maintain program integrity, Kits AI may:

• Conduct manual or automated reviews of affiliate traffic, referrals, and conversions.
• Request identity verification (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address).
• Suspend commission payouts during investigation of suspicious behavior.

Kits AI reserves full discretion to determine whether an affiliate’s actions constitute a violation of these terms.

4. Commission Payments

Commissions are only paid for verified, legitimate referrals that result in eligible, paid subscriptions. Any earnings generated through violations of these terms will be forfeited.

Kits AI may withhold, reverse, or adjust commission payments in the event of:

• Canceled or refunded transactions
• Fraudulent or suspicious account activity
• Violation of any Program rules

5. Termination and Suspension

Kits AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for behavior deemed inconsistent with the intent of the Program.

All decisions regarding fraud, abuse, and termination are at the sole discretion of Kits AI.

6. Dispute Resolution

Affiliates may contact the Kits AI team to dispute any enforcement action taken under these terms. However, Kits AI retains final decision-making authority regarding all affiliate activities, earnings, and account status.

7. Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
